Security Clearance Level Secret
Key Functions Apply knowledge about identity and access management (IdAM) and information systems security to creating and modernizing operational command and control systems. Work in a cross-organizational team on creating architecture artifacts, deployment profiles, and prototypes.
Required Education/Experience: BS and 1 year experience or MS
Desired Education/Experience B.S. or M.S. in computer science, mathematics, information security or related field.
5 years of relevant work experience in information security, identity management, or related fields
Required Skills: Architecture, development, or administration experience with IdAM and information security technologies and products. Deep understanding of relevant standards and protocols, with an emphasis on securing distributed services, including RESTful HTTP service architectures and SOAP-based web service systems.
Good understanding of general network security, including public key infrastructure (PKI), Kerberos, IPSec, etc.
JavaEE and/or .NET development skills for creating web services, web applications, and standalone applications in a team environment.
Desired Skills: Experience with standards development and data modeling
Understanding of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and DoD certification and accreditation processes for operational networks.
